Isn't it a beauty? I know... and you will find this Christmas Yule Log on my table every year! It was worth the effort and various steps in making it. The result was a light and delicious log that everyone enjoyed and asked for seconds. Forget those store-bought Christmas logs... this is a winner! I made this log for Christmas AND New Year's!
