I love baking cookies around Christmas time! I made these today and they are quickly flying out of the cookie jar!
I used the standard recipe I use for chocolate chip cookies and just added the cranberries.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cranberries
Bake at 350 F for around 10 minutes.
